Now CBSE students are allowed to use calculator

CBSE 10th and 12th board exams: A new announcement is made by CBSE board that class 10 and class 12 students will be able to use the basic calculator from this year. This information is given by the officials. CBSE controller of examination Sanyam Bhardwaj in a letter to school said that the board has decided to allow children with special need (CWSN) to use a basic calculator during the class 10 and class 12 board exams. 

He said, “Only those students who have registered under the CWSN category for 2020 examination will be able to use a calculator. To avail this facility, students have to send a request to the schools by 28 January and the principals will have to send it to the concerned Regional Office of CBSE.

Bhardwaj said, “Candidates who request without the appropriate certificate will not be allowed to use the calculator during the examination.
